JOB TITLE:  Sr. Security Analyst

LOCATION: Cincinnati, OH

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Top level technical expert in several highly specialized areas of security. Acts as a consultant and architect on all aspects of system and data security. Proficient in penetration testing, vulnerability and risk assessment. Provides reports to superiors regarding effectiveness of data security and makes recommendations for the adoption of new strategies and policies. Performs all procedures necessary to ensure the safety of information systems assets and to protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction. Interfaces with user community to understand their security. Ensures that user community understands and adheres to necessary procedures to maintain security. Requires technical expertise with domain structures, user authentication, data base security, encryption, forensics and digital signatures. Conducts accurate evaluation of the level of security required. Must be able to weigh business needs against security concerns and articulate issues to management. Develops security policies, practices and guidelines.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 Years Experience
• Vulnerability and Risk Assessment knowledge
• Security Strategy and Design
• Minimum 3 yrs IT security experience with at least one year experience in penetration testhing. 
• One of the following certifications: CISSP, CISA, SANS/GIAC, or comparable information security certifications, college degree. 
• Policy and Standard writing, Security Awareness, Security Forsensic. CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker), MCP.
