JOB TITLE:  Cost Engineer

LOCATION: Cincinnatti, OH

JOB DUTIES:

Field Cost Engineering support for a construction management project. Primary responsibilities will include establishing a Work Breakdown Structure and TIC Cost Report from the project detailed estimate, change control for project including preparing client Change Notices and subcontract Extra Work Authorizations, review and process subcontractor invoices, forecasting Total Installed Project Costs including cash flows. Other responsibilities with client financial systems and project close-out reporting. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Individual must have 5-10 years Cost Engineering experience involving Construction Management contracts.  Subcontractor Administration/Cost Control experience is also preferred. Individual must be extremely computer literate involving commercial software such as Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint (Access, Project and P3 skills are a bonus).
