JOB TITLE:  Manufacturing Engineer

LOCATION: Indianapolis

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Manufacturing Engineer will assist in procuring capital equipment to help with productivity gains.  The development and execution of standard processes in conjunction with year over year productivity and quality improvements through Lean - Six Sigma techniques and technology are the primary job requirements.

 JOB REQUIREMENTS:

•  Assist in development and execution of Information Reporting Structure

 REQUIRED SKILLS/EDUCATION:

•  Turning, Lathe, Mill programming and experience

•  Lean/6 Sigma experience

• Project Management

•  Tool Design

•  Heat Treat Experience

•  Engineering Degree or equivalent of 3 years ME experience in manufacturing/production environment

•  Ability to see beyond the presenting problem in order to determine root cause and apply targeted corrections for sustained improvement

•  Solid influencing and communication skills coupled with a professional self presentation and representation of the company

•  Strong computer skills including spreadsheet applications and Microsoft Office Suite
