JOB TITLE: Value Stream Manager

LOCATION: Indianapolis

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Total ownership of Value Stream P&L's including cost analysis and opportunities,

• product line margin, manufacturing productivity goals.

•  Responsible for implementing long term manufacturing strategies resulting in solid productivity gains.

•  Day to day checks and balances done to resolve challenges in production and continuing to drive a lean manufacturing organization.

• Interface with all aspects to ensure superior customer service.

•  Drive on time delivery and other improvements using Lean tools.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

• BS Mechanical Engineering or technical degree.

• 7 – 10 years in a lean leadership role with a history of driving continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong CNC machining background. (Heat treat, grinding, CNC)

• Rapid upward progression in career.

• Operations background in Lean organizations.

• Hands on lean implementation experience. (Lives and breaths lean.)

• Someone that can take a solid lean value stream and continue to drive improvements in the stream.
