JOB DECRIPTION
Additional engineering manpower is needed to support the test conversion activities These engineers would be responsible for directly interfacing with vendors regarding the conversion of the existing semiconductor and sensor test applications, and for the development of new integrated circuit test applications. Additionally, the engineers may be responsible to provide assistance with new test application development and part testing.

-Review, document, and communicate details of existing test applications to both internal and external organizations.
-Perform testing and data collection for use in debugging converted test applications, and for validation of converted test applications. -Testing to take place in the test facilities of GMCH and vendors to Delphi.
-Provide assistance with designing / writing /debugging new test applications.
-Analysis of test results.
-Review and approve converted test application software / hardware, and the results of test application validation testing.
-Travel for extended periods both domestically and internationally as needed

Required
-Past experience operating automatic test equipment used for IC testing within a production environment.
-Past experience designing device interface boards for use with automatic test equipment used for IC testing within a production environment.
-Past experience writing test application software for use within an IC production test environment.
-Past experience debugging IC test applications.
-Past experience performing data analysis associated with the characterization and correlation of IC test applications.
-Ability to use Excel and the other MS office applications.

Preferred
-Applications training and experience for the following testers: LTX TS80, LTX Synchromaster tester, LTX Fusion HT, LTX Fusion HF, LTX Fusion CX, LTX Fusion MX, Teradyne A5xx, Teradyne micro Flex, Teradyne Integra Flex, Eagle ETS-300, Eagle ETS-364, SZ M3020.
-Experience with PXI base test systems.
-Experience using EG 2001, EG 4090, and Tel WDF wafer probers
-Experience using IC package handlers from Multi test, Delta-Design, Daymarc, and Aseco.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS (REQUIRED / PREFERRED):
Degree: Bachelors Major: EE or Computer Science or equivalent
