JOB DECRIPTION

Responsible for comparing product electrical performance between parts from present wafer fabrication vendor to the new wafer fabrication vendor.

-Review, document, and communicate details of electrical product characterization to both internal and external organizations.
-Assist with testing and data collection for use in comparing test data between wafer fabrications facilities and test facilities.
-Travel for extended periods both domestically and internationally as needed
-Perform other product engineering activities including assisting in PPAP documents, performing silicon evaluations in labs, limited reliability testing, ESD, and Latch-up testing, and limited failure analysis for parts being evaluated.
-Some limited travel may be required.

Required
-Past product engineering experience.
-Past experience using automatic test equipment used for IC testing.
-Past experience performing data analysis associated with the characterization and correlation of IC test parameters.
-Ability to use Excel and the other MS office applications.

Preferred

-Have a general knowledge of IC manufacturing processes including wafer fabrication, assembly and test.
-Need to have good communication and team working skills.
-Need to have strong skills in project managing, planning, organizing, multi-tasking, efficient problem solving, and delivering to commitments.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS (REQUIRED / PREFERRED):
Degree: Associates , Bachelor Major: EE or Computer Science or equivalent
